When will the shipping begin for pre-orders?
We are still in the process of productization and setting up a supply chain. We will do our best to start shipping within 1st quarter of 2026. We want to make sure the quality of the product surpasses expectations.
What is the return policy?
We would not be able to accept any returns as a very early stage team. We would be available 24/7 to solve your issues and hope you to fall in love with the final delivered product.
Is any subscription required for Mr. Tensors?
A lot of the stuff runs fully local on the onboard computer. Some things like speech and vision interactions run on the cloud. We'd try our best to absorb the subscription costs across our customenrs but it might be possible that a minimal subscription fees would be required to used these cloud features for the economics to make sense.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products would be manufactured in either china or india. We are still in the process of setting up the manufacturing.
What languages are supported?
Right now, only english language has been tested and supported but we plan to integrate other languages very soon.
